We usually have AKC Labrador Retriever Puppies available in all 3 colors ~ Black, Chocolate, and Yellow. Occasionally we will have a "fox red" yellow and a very light cream (creamy white) yellow. The puppies will have their dewclaws removed between 2 - 5 days old, receive their first "puppy shots" at 6 weeks old, and be wormed twice before going to their new homes. We normally let the puppies go to their new homes between the age of 7 - 8 weeks old.
The puppy will come with an AKC Dog Registration Application, a Health Record of vaccination(s) and dewormings, a 12 month Health Guarantee, and a 26 month Hip Guarantee for hip dysplasia. Both of these guarantees begin at the puppies date of birth. Also, you receive a "puppy pack" consisting of puppy food, treats, a tennis ball, and chew toys. The puppies are family raised and get lots of TLC. They are well socialized and are introduced to new surroundings both indoors and outdoors every day.

Prices on puppies can vary with each litter. Generally Blacks and Yellows are priced at $500; Chocolates are priced at $600 ... those are our minimum prices on puppies. The price is applied to both males and females. Please contact me for the exact price on a specific litter as it may be slightly higher.
To reserve a puppy of your choice we ask for a deposit in the amount of $100.
Deposits on puppies are accepted right after the puppies are born. Those on the waiting list will be contacted first and be given the opportunity to reserve a puppy in the form of a deposit check. Choosing a puppy goes in the order of the waiting list up until one week after the puppies are born ... if all the puppies are not reserved at that time then the remainder puppies will be chosen in the order the deposit check is received. Families or individuals with a deposit on a puppy are required to choose their puppy at 4 weeks of age to avoid losing your choosing spot. Also, this way families / individuals can watch their puppy grow over the next 2 - 3 weeks. If you see a puppy you would like to reserve before 4 weeks of age that is fine as well ... just contact us. Visits in person are welcome when the puppies turn 3 weeks old and anytime after that.
Deposits are nonrefundable at 5 weeks of age and thereafter on a reserved puppy ... the reason being that a deposit is a contract between breeder and purchaser where as the purchaser is committing to buying / adopting a puppy of their choice and the breeder (seller) is commited to placing the puppy as reserved and will not sell it to anyone else. In cases where an emergency would happen a full deposit refund will be granted on reserved puppies of 5 weeks and thereafter. Nonrefundable deposits can also be applied to a future litter.

New Litters
STELLA x TIMBER ... Stella delivered 7 puppies on 1-20-12. She had 2 Black Males, 1 Black Female, 1 Chocolate Male, 1 Chocolate Female, & 2 Yellow Males. The Black Males & Yellow Males are pending reserve ... please note that actually only one Black or Yellow male will be reserved once the puppies turn 4 weeks old, so one can still get on the reservation list for a Black or Yellow male, but will have second choice, etc. Puppies will be ready to go to new homes on 3-9-12. You can view the puppies current photo's on the "Available Puppies" page. Please contact me if interested in any of these puppies or the current availablity on a specific color / gender ... they go quickly.
Upcoming Litters
JANIE x TIMBER ... Litter due approximately 2-10-12. There will be Blacks & an occasional Chocolate in this litter. Janie & Timber produce some beautiful Lab puppies & are on the calmer side. Depending on what date the puppies are born they should be ready to go the end of March 2012. If interested please contact me to get placed on the waiting list.
